Georgia Parr | Cottee Parker

Georgia is a Registered Architect and Project Leader at Cottee Parker Architects within the Seniors Living sector. Having lost both her paternal grandparents to Alzheimer’s, Georgia’s work within seniors living is both a personal and professional passion. A passionate and driven individual, Georgia applies creative and human-centric design principles to architectural design and problem solving. With an interest in co-design and sustainability, she has cultivated an architectural approach that responds to, and enriches, the built environment.

Georgia has a broad design portfolio, having worked in seniors living, health, commercial, residential and multi-residential projects with a wide range of scales and budgets. Being involved from initial schematic design through to construction documentation, Georgia understands the importance of detail in achieving a memorable and successful design outcome.

Working within the senior’s living team, Georgia understands the impact architecture can have on an individual and the broader community, and sees the vital role aged care and seniors living will play with our ever increasing aging population. With an interest in thought leadership, Georgia has presented at conferences and ideas competitions, hoping to challenge and advance the future of design.
