We are currently seeking a motivated Architectural Graduate (2–4 years’ professional experience) to join our growing Auckland studio. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Project Leaders and Directors, contributing to a wide range of projects while continuing your professional development toward registration.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate drawings, models, and schedules using Revit

• Review and check documentation prior to submission to the Project Leader for approval

• Coordinate consultant input and integrate documentation effectively

• Support Project Leaders in client, consultant, and authority meetings

• Assist with formal submissions, including planning and consent documentation

• Participate in site visits to document conditions and support issue resolution

• Maintain organised project records and contribute to CPA’s Quality Management System

• Collaborate with architects and interior designers as part of a project team

About You

• Master’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent recognised qualification)

We are looking for a motivated and talented Design Architect or Graduate of Architecture to join our dynamic team. The successful applicant will ideally bring 5+ years of Australian industry experience and strong Revit skills, and may be an experienced graduate on the pathway to registration or a recently registered architect.

As part of our team, you will work closely with our Head of Design, developing your skills and contributing to a wide range of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong design concepts and communicate them clearly through sketches, drawings, and 3D visualisations.

• Contribute to feasibility studies, site analysis, and concept design proposals.

• Prepare and present design material for client meetings, competitions, and stakeholder reviews.

• Collaborate with Directors and Project Leaders to refine and evolve designs that balance creativity, functionality, and compliance.

• Translate design ideas into clear documentation in Revit for early-stage approvals and presentations.

• Engage with consultants and team members to ensure design intent is carried through into documentation.

• Stay informed on design trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovation to projects.

Qualifications & Criteria

• Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent degree from a recognised institution.

• Eligible for (or recently achieved) registration as an Architect in Australia.

• Minimum 5 years’ Australian experience in an architectural practice.

• Strong proficiency in Revit (ArchiCAD experience also valued but not essential).

• Proven experience across one or more sectors such as commercial, residential, hospitality, or retail.

• Excellent design, documentation, and contract administration skills.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

We are seeking a talented Mid to Senior Interior Designer to join our team, with a strong background in multi‑residential and hotel projects. This role is ideal for someone with 6+ years’ experience who enjoys taking ownership of smaller projects, working with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating closely with senior designers and architectural teams.

The Role

As a Mid–Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for delivering thoughtful, well‑resolved design solutions from concept through to delivery. You’ll work directly with clients, consultants, and suppliers, translating briefs into high‑quality design outcomes that balance creativity, functionality, and buildability.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Run smaller interior projects independently, with support from senior leadership

• Contribute to larger, complex projects as part of a broader design team

• Play a key role in shaping interior outcomes across residential and hospitality sectors

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client briefings and develop design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes

• Produce and refine detailed interior design documentation, including FF&E and finishes schedules

• Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, and suppliers to ensure integrated design outcomes

• Prepare and manage formal submissions for client and authority approvals

• Oversee design intent through documentation, tender, and construction phases

• Conduct site inspections and respond to design queries, variations, and site issues

• Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, accessibility requirements, and safety standards

• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive problem solving

• Mentor and support junior team members where appropriate

• Location is either in Brisbane or Melbourne, only one role will be filled.

About You

You’re an experienced Interior Designer who is confident, organised, and comfortable managing your own workflow. You bring both design flair and technical rigour, and you enjoy seeing projects through from concept to completion.

You’ll bring:

• Minimum 6 years’ professional experience in interior design, minimum 3 years experience in Australia.

• Strong experience in multi‑residential projects; hotel/hospitality experience highly regarded

• Ability to work autonomously on smaller projects while collaborating on larger ones

• High‑level proficiency in Revit, plus Enscape and Adobe InDesign

• Strong skills in space planning, material selection, and FF&E specification

• A solid understanding of Australian building codes and interior standards

• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to client engagement
