Emma has extensive experience leading projects from concept design through to documentation and construction, with particular strength in translating design vision into practical, buildable solutions. Her experience in design management has further strengthened her ability to align design intent with programme, budget and delivery, ensuring projects achieve both design excellence and commercial success.

Committed to fostering collaboration and sharing knowledge, Emma is passionate about mentoring emerging designers and building high-performing teams. Alongside her professional practice, she is a sessional tutor in Interior Design at Queensland University of Technology, where she continues to inspire the next generation of designers while refining her own practice.
