Dee’s strength is managing complex stakeholder groups to develop a shared vision for the project. At the local, state and federal Government level to large-scale commercial organisations, her ability to align multiple business units, and use design as a tool to deliver on an organisation’s strategic goals is exceptional. She understands how to create a design vision that takes on an organisation’s aspiration and actively drives the vision to a designed reality, which authentically responds to the commercial framework for a project.

Dee maintains a strong perspective for designing workplaces that empower the workforce to ‘bring their whole self to work’. Dee’s design flair is informed by her experiences across award-winning residential, hotel, education, retail, hospitality, and healthcare projects. It’s this diversity that enables her to create workplaces that respond to new ways of working and create a series of spaces that contribute to the ‘third’ dimension of the workplace.

Having designed over six Green Star buildings, with several AIDA Awards shortlists, and being awarded the NAWIC Probuild award for achievement in design, Dee’s extensive experience is matched by her unwavering passion for the interior design industry.
