We are looking for a motivated and talented Graduates of Architecture to join our dynamic team. The successful applicants will have experience in Revit and ideally 3 to 5 years industry experience. We have opportunities across Brisbane and Sydney.
As a Graduate of Architecture, you will work closely with Project Leaders and Directors to develop your skills and knowledge, progressing toward full registration as an Architect. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and expand your understanding of architectural practices while contributing to a wide range of exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare preliminary sketch designs for client approval and develop comprehensive designs adhering to town planning regulations and building codes.
Liaise and coordinate with sub-consultants to ensure the effective integration of their contributions into the project.
Prepare formal submissions, including design drawings and reports, and submit them to the relevant authorities.
Assist Project Leaders in site inspections, client meetings, and consultant coordination to keep projects on track.
Progress project documentation using Revit software in line with our office standards.
Prepare and review tender documentation and assist with the tendering process.
Observe contract conditions, including site inspections and post-completion assessments.
Maintain up-to-date quality assurance documentation and ensure compliance with project quality procedures.
Communicate regularly with Project Leaders and Directors, providing updates on project progress and seeking guidance as needed.
Qualifications:
Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in Revit (ArchiCAD exp also highly regarded but not essential).
Strong design, documentation, and contract administration skills.
Solid understanding of building codes and construction techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
Previous experience in an architectural practice across commercial, residential, industrial, and retail sectors is advantageous.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
